A Message from the Greater Oakland Business Association and the Oakland Main Street Program.

We are pleased to welcome you to the Little Yough Summer Music Festival’s 15th Anniversary season. Begun in 1996 by Ken Perrin, this showcase of singer/songwriters, and area, regional and national talent has provided Garrett County, her neighbors and visitors with opportunities to hear a variety of musical styles under summer skies. The concert series has grown each year since its inception and has become a summer tradition of music and community gathering. It also provides a great exposure to performers and musical genre our community might not otherwise have an opportunity to experience. After reviewing more than five dozen submissions, we think we have a little bit of something for everyone in this year’s concert series line-up.
